Advorto Appoints Recruitment Veteran to Oversee Lloyds Banking Group Account.
London, February, 2010: Advorto, one of Europe’s leading providers of on-demand, recruitment management solutions, today announced that it has appointed Austen Field as Account Director. His sole responsibility is to oversee the management of the Lloyds Banking Group account.
Field has more than 11 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Most recently he was Customer Relationship Director at Kenexa, where he was responsible for supporting the company’s range of services, including Applicant Tracking Systems. Field joined Kenexa through its acquisition of PSL, where he worked in business development and account management. Prior to PSL, Field was employed at HR consultancy Caliper as a consultant and account manager, specialised in the use of psychometric assessment for selection and development purposes. Field also was a recruitment consultant for Reed Employment. Prior to his career in recruitment, Field spend twelve years in the RAF police. He has a BSC (hons) in Psychology, Level A and B competence in Occupational Testing and post graduate qualifications in organisational and occupational psychology.
