Oxford University Press Chooses Advorto ATS to Simplify Recruitment Process

London, April 2009: Advorto, a leading provider of on-demand, recruitment management solutions, today announced that Oxford University Press has chosen Advorto’s eRecruitment solution to streamline its UK recruitment function.

Oxford University Press, a department of the University of Oxford and a major global publisher, handles thousands of applications a year and needed to cut down on the high volume of manual data entry per vacancy. They chose Advorto from three suppliers because the eRecruitment solution will give them the ability to make their recruitment process more efficient.

The new Advorto recruitment management system will cut down on manual database entries. It will help them to create a “talent pool” of potential candidates, and have more detailed management information that will help them discern which sources are the most successful.
